The Inspiration

Each monthly Stoic Mail begins as a few scribbles in my notebook — thoughts from what I’ve been reading, small lessons, or moments noticed while travelling. I often write in airports during long waits between flights and in the weekend; those quiet pauses have become my thinking time. Over time, these notes grow into letters — reflections on real challenges, ordinary days, and the simple wisdom found while living them.

The Contents

Each monthly dispatch from the Stoic Mail Club includes a personal letter from me, reflecting on and admiring the enduring principles of Stoic philosophy—most often inspired by Seneca’s Letters. Alongside it, members receive a Stoic quote with a piece of stoic philosophy explained, a set of guided journal prompts, and a surprise fourth item thoughtfully chosen to deepen reflection and practice. As part of their membership, members also enjoy free access to all larger-size prints released through the project.
